Vaduz/Triesen, 27.03.2023. At the end of February 2023, it was announced that EasyMotionSkin Tec AG intends to acquire the German company bodyclub 24 GmbH. As part of the general meeting of Proton Health AG held today as the parent company of bodyclub 24 GmbH, it was decided to sell the shares of this company to EasyMotionSkin Tec GmbH (100% subsidiary of EasyMotionSkin Tec AG), which therefore also includes the indirect acquisition of bodyclub 24 GmbH. The existing shareholders of Proton Health AG will receive existing EasyMotionSkin Tec AG shares as a purchase price at the current stock market price. The total purchase price amounts to just under EUR 3 million.
