Changes to the Board of Directors of EasyMotionSkin Tec AG

Vaduz/Triesen, 01.06.2023. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of EasyMotionSkin Tec AG, Jürgen Baltes (66), will leave the company on August 31, 2023 at the end of his contract period and will retire. Christian Keck (54) is to succeed him in his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors; he has been a member of the Board of Directors of EasyMotionSkin Tec AG since March 2023. A new member of the Board of Directors is Bernard-Stefan Müller (33), who will strengthen the management of EasyMotionSkin Tec AG from September 1, 2023.
